Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@batterydealer.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval are not accepted.

If your return is approved, we will email return instructions. Ship returns to:

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
